Each unit has

two rows of shelves and a transport crane runs between the shelves.

Plates (cantilevers) extend from both shelf supports, and container boxes are stored straddling these plates.
A sliding plate is inserted into the shelf by the traveling crane loading and unloading device, lifting the bottom of the container box and taking it from the shelf into the traveling crane.

Container boxes of specified dimensions are used; containers of different dimensions cannot be stored, and even if the dimensions are the same, weaker cardboard boxes cannot be stored.


ncoming and outgoing conveyors are installed at the front of the shelves, and workers carry out loading and unloading work. A loading aisle is also required.

There are container-based retrieval and bulk picking.
In bulk picking, products are picked from a container that has been retrieved, and the container is then re-retrieved.




The shelf structure is
divided into the first shelf, the top shelf, the shelf with reinforcement material, and the normal shelf.

By changing the Tera setting value,
the changes are reflected and automatically calculated.

The shelf width is 1910mm
for a 51-type container
with a shelf depth of 555mm * 2 rows and a crane width of 800mm.

The clearance between adjacent buildings is 200mm
and the clearance between two cranes is 150mm.
